1. Service Definition
Finfully AI provides a cloud-hosted B2B financial intelligence platform (the "Software") designed to compile databases and POS histories, surface margins, and distribute reports/notifications.
2. Database Access Mappings
By configuring database credentials or scheduling Tally exports, you grant Finfully AI read-only access to analyze transaction lines. You warrant that you have full authorization to link these data sources.
3. Professional Coordination Limits
Our Dedicated Finance Experts provide anomaly review and coordination support based on insights generated by the Software. This support represents performance analysis and does not constitute statutory audit, taxation filings, legal counsel, or investment advice.
4. Account Liabilities
You are responsible for securing individual employee accounts, managing dashboard override permission levels, and reviewing manager discounting authorizations.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
