Last updated: June 16, 2026

Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 Compliance Notice: This privacy policy is formulated to comply with the DPDP Act of India. We process database records solely under lawful consent for B2B financial reporting workflows.

1. Data Collected & Processed

Finfully AI processes operational billing records, transaction histories, inventory logs, and POS invoice feeds. We only require read-only access to verify gross margins, pricing sheets, and logistics aging indices.

We collect contact information (names, emails, WhatsApp phone numbers) of users registered by the organization to receive daily briefings and alerts.

2. Purpose of Processing

All data processing operations are conducted strictly for business performance audits, gross margin profiling, stockout detection, and automated task-management workflows within the registered organization.

3. Data Principal Rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, individual users inside your organization retain the right to:

  • Request summary lists of personal contact data processed.
  • Request corrections or updates to WhatsApp notification profiles.
  • Withdraw consent for receiving daily briefings (which may suspend notification services).
  • Nominate a representative to manage data profiles.

4. Encryption & Security

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for database connector credentials. All API communication flows through SSL/TLS tunnels. We do not store raw transactional history on public servers.

5. Grievance Redressal

For grievances regarding data handling, consent options, or to exercise your rights under the DPDP Act, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@finfully.co. We resolve issues within 7 business days.
